The pictures illustrate the steps and requirements for creating cement and concrete aimed at constructing infrastructure.
It can be seen clearly in the graphs that the process of cement production is more complicated than the concrete one with more stages and equipments, though cement is just one of several ingredients needed to produce concrete as the finished product for building purposes.
The first diagram shows initial procedure is to crush limestone and clay together by a crusher, the powder is continually brought to a mixer to become the concoction and going through a tube to rotating heater. Then they are heated and grinded to turn into what we call cement, the final stage is just packing into bags.
Meanwhile, concrete production is much easier by the usage of 4 basic ingredients, which are: 15% of cement, 10% of water, 25% of sand and a half of gravel (small stones). They are merely combined by a concrete mixer to end the process.
