I am writing to express my dissatisfaction about a daily course which I have attended recently.
First of all, I participated in "MatLAB Computing" course on 23rd of June at northern campus. Syllabus of it covers both theoritical but also practical implications of coding.
Secondly, there were countless phenomenons which made me unhappy. Many computers broke down consequently a computer was used by two participants which decreased efficiency. MatLAB programme also has not been installed on computers despite it was vital for that course. After an hour delay, we could begin mastering it. Due to this mistake, any practical examples were performed that disappointed all participants.
Finally, I would like to suggest you purchase more computers to increase satisfaction of students. I also would like to recommed you to control even if hardwares and softwares are ready to be used in classes in advance. Further and more importantly, since all sections in syllabus were not covered during it, another day should be arranged to complete it or half of the course fee should be funded. I hope certain actions will be taken promptly.
