Dear Sir,
My name is Rahul, I had attended one day course on the basic computer learning in your reputed college last week. However, I was really disappointed after attending the course. This is the reason, I am writing to you now to express my dissatisfaction.
There are couples of reasons why I felt the course is not as per expectation. Firstly, teacher assigned to teach on this course arrives one hour late for a class. No update was given by a college why he was late. Moreover, no compensation of morning time loss is being taken care at the end of the course. Secondly, all the computers in the lab were old, outdated and slow. Finally, a sample book that is being distributed to the students for practice is of old format with version 1.0; whereas, in the market for the same book version 5 is available.
Thus, my suggestions to your college before beginning a new course would be: First and foremost replace the computers if possible and arrange new book version, so that students who are spending their time and money would get more benefit from the course.
