It can be seen that, the glass is manufactured by following four distinct stages, in which three main raw materials are used to have intended end product. Moreover, it requires five key steps to turn used glass into new glass.
Prior to the production, gathering raw materials: sand, soda ash, lime stone and other chemicals.In next step, the mixture is heated at very high temperature approximately 15000 degree celsius in glass furnace. Afterwards, the molten glass can be giving to any shape by blowing, to produce finished products.
In order to recycle used glass, this can be begin with the collection of used or other broken glass that thrown into the garbage. Nextly, the collected material separated by colour ,and washing the product with water to remove impurities. The product will be pure. After this, the pure collection send on crush and melt process. At last, the resulting molten glass cam finally be moulded to create a new materials.
