"Of the two leading real estate firms in our town—Adams Realty and Fitch Realty—Adams Realty is clearly superior. Adams has 40 real estate agents; in contrast, Fitch has 25, many of whom work only part-time. Moreover, Adams' revenue last year was twice as high as that of Fitch and included home sales that averaged $168,000, compared to Fitch's $144,000. Homes listed with Adams sell faster as well: ten years ago I listed my home with Fitch, and it took more than four months to sell; last year, when I sold another home, I listed it with Adams, and it took only one month. Thus, if you want to sell your home quickly and at a good price, you should use Adams Realty."

Writer suggesting his friends they should prefer Adams realty while dealing with their properties. He is comparing between two real estate agencies and explaining how one is superior than other based on some assumptions. His friends will decide by deep conclusion assumptions.
First, Adam has 40 real estate agents while Fitch has 25 and many of them work only part-time. This would be the reason for the superiority of Adams real estate. If attendant are more customer satisfaction will more. And as in Fitch realty many of them working part time may be they are unable to provide customer satisfaction. For instance, if you need advice in real estate dealing you will take help from firm who is available. And may be Adam's employees are more available than Fitch.
Second, as Adam's realty has more employees working in their firm they can engage to more home sales than Fitch. In result of this as writer mention Adam's revenue was higher than Fitch revenue.
Writer assume here about his own experience that ten years ago Fitch realty took four months to sold his home while last year Adams sold his home only in one month. Writer is comparing between two firms but he is not looking at time span. There would be many possibilities
Ten years ago may be property rate was higher so people willingness was not so much high as compare to last year. For example in recession property prices are less, so people have keen interest in property dealing. Property price is also depends in location of property. Location of last property may be not feasible compare to last year property.
In conclusion there can be many reasons like strength of employees between two firms, area of the property, economic situation. These reasons are responsible for the growth of Adams and Fitch realty.
