Dear John,
Hope my letter will find you in the warmth of life and wealth. I’m writing this letter to ask a favour of finding me a place to live in New Delhi.
Let me explain to you in details. As you know, I have been trying to shift to Delhi for some time now. Fortunately, I got an opportunity this time, as a counsellor at Digamber College, near Vasant Vihar. They are asking me to join really soon and I have little acquaintance with the area. Hence, finding a decent and reasonable place seems to be a little difficult for me. However, I remember you are there for two years now. So, do u mind helping me with this?
As mentioned earlier, I’m joining as a counsellor, thus a sound sleep is much needed to stay calm and relaxed at work. For the same, a quiet location which is away from the unnecessary rumble is what I’ll prefer more. Not to forget, the commuting time to the college also needs to be taken care of.
A single occupancy flat with decent amenities in it and a kitchen in the working situation is all I need.
I sincerely present my apologies for the inconvenience my request will bring to you and thank you for your all time support.
Awaiting for your reply.
Love,
Neha.
