Well, if it bothers you, don't take notes. Just concentrate on listening.
Ignore those difficult words and try always follow the lecture. 'difficult words' mostly means they are not important or they will be difficult for all test takers.
You just need to do better than other test takers, then you are the winner. And you are really doing great those days in testbig site.

hi
i am really confused about taking the notes quickly while i listen to the lecture, i loss my concentration and sometime they speak a very difficult words, i cannot understand them. i am really lost, because i tried many time to be better but i failed.
what i have to do, my exam after one week only. :(
