In general, the consumption of fish, lamb, and beef in the trend of decrease, while the amount of chicken was consumed showed a noticeable increase over the 25 years period.
According to the given data, there was a stable for the volume of fish with around 50 grams was consumed by each person. In term of beef, after reached the peak at nearly 230 grams per person in early years of the 80s, the consumption of product from beef dropped gradually to just over 100 grams for each in 2004. Similarly, the figure of lamb fall rapidly as well and hit the lowest point at 50 grams and stable during the following years.
On the other hand, though had the similar start with lamb at around 150 grams in the year 1979. The consumption of chicken went in the totally different way, showed the sharp rise in 25 years, then reached the number 250 grams in 2004.
