Dear Arun,

I hope this letter finds you in pink of health. I am glad that you wrote to me seeking career guidance about joining college or getting a job. I sincerely believe that you should get a job.
To begin with, having known to you for many years, I think you'll not like theoretical and conventional knowledge imparted in college. Moreover, If you want to join college for sake of degree then you have an alternate of distance education.

Secondly, being in job will save your money and make you independent. You will acquire many skills - time management, prioritizing tasks, discipline and interpersonal skills.

Finally, I've few job suggestions for you. As you are good at coding and analytics, I would suggest you to start freelancing of projects online or you can apply for job in startups.

Apart from this, you can pursue your career as an artist as you are good at paintings.

I hope my advice has been of use to you. I look forward to hearing from you.

Love,
Mandeep
