You bought a TV a week ago when you go home, you discovered it did not work properly. You called customer service to report the problem but you have not yet received any help.
Write a letter to the company and in your letter
1. Introduce yourself
2. Explain the problem
3. And state what action you would like from the company
Dear Sir/Madame,
First of all let me introduce myself. My name is Yan Aye and I have purchased a television from your good company a week ago. This letter is to complain the faulty product and express my disappointment on the customer service.
After a week of usage, the colour accuracy of television is questionable. Sometimes, it showed dead pixels on the screen but most of the time, red colour displayed as pink colour. I did call the customer service to seek for advice on the defective television. However, unfortunately I do not receive any support since then.
I am truly upset with the post purchased services of the company. The product is still under warranty period and if possible, I would like to receive one for one unit replacement. Otherwise, I would expect to get an explanation and action plan on how you can fix this television.
I am looking forward to hear you and hope you can come back with a solution.
Yours Sincerely,
Mr. Yan Aye
