You bought a TV a week ago when you go home, you discovered it did not work properly. You called customer service to report the problem but you have not yet received any help.
Write a letter to the company and in your letter
1. Introduce yourself
2. Explain the problem
3. And state what action you would like from the company
Dear Sir/Madame,
First of all let me introduce myself. My name is Yan Aye and I have purchased a television from your good company one week ago. This letter is to complain the faulty product that I bought and express my disappointment on the customer service.
There is colour deviation of the purchased television after three days of usage which shows red colour as pink. Sometimes, dead pixels can be found on the screen. I did call customer service to seek for advice on the defective television but unfortunately, no support has been received since then.
Despite of amazing marketing and sale service, post purchased service of the company is disappointing. Since the product is still under warranty period, one for one unit replacement is expected. Otherwise, I would like to receive an explanation and action plan on how you can fix this television.
I am looking forward to hearing you and hope you can come back with a solution.
Yours Sincerely,
Mr. Yan Aye
