Dear Steve,
I am writing this letter in reference to a recent visit for a computer repair at your store. I would like to inform you that the computer gives a blue screen when we reboot it. So I had shown it to the technicians at your store last week.
The technician had a look at it and diagnosed it as a hard drive issue, so consequently, they replaced the hard drive but apparently after replacing the hard drive, the technical glitch repeated itself with a beep sound whenever the computer was restarted. Unfortunately, they were unable to repair the computer and requested me to leave the machine at the store as they needed a few days to diagnose the issue.
Now it has been almost a week and I have heard no news on my computer from the store. I feel disappointed at the customer service your store has provided in resolving a minor issue. I request you to intervene and update me when I can get my computer repaired.
