The given chart illustrates in connection with employment rates of six countries in 1995, 2005. This comparison is between man and woman workers.
Overall, all the countries seemed to, and are predicted to, have fluctuated rates between male and female. While male showed a highest rate in every country in 2005, in 1995 female was vice versa. However, in 2005, female rated higher than male in 1995.
To be specific, a number of male employers are larger than woman in every country. In 1995 and 2005, Australia’s men have led the rate to around 60. Switzerland, Iceland, UK, Newzeland USA, all of them led the number of men employers. May it because, man is more productive than woman.
However, although Switzerland’s and UK’s women ever led the number in 2005 to upper 60, but their number were the smallest number in 1995.
