Dear Sir,
I hope this letter finds you well. Recently, your council has decided to close down sports and leisure centre. However, this decision seems to be made haphazardly,as we believe it doesn't seems to be a great idea and would like to recommend to reconsider your decision.
Let me explain you in detail. As, this sports centre has been beneficial for local population. Currently, in era of technology when children are too busy with their mobile phones. Sports and leisure complex has contributed and kept children busy with extra curricular activities. Moreover, centre has been a place where local people communicate with each other and talk about different topics. Furthermore, in past various artists have performed and large events have taken place for local community.
However, if leisure centre is shutdown, this will cause a lot of problems for local population and also, a negative message will be conveyed on behalf of local council. Therefore, it is requested to consider your decision and change it in favour of local community.
Thanks,
Yours Sincerely,
Alan

Dear Sir or madam,
Dear Sir or madam,
I am writing to you regarding the announced plans to close the Recreation Centre of Lower Binfield. This Centre plays an essential role in the life of my family. My parents both visit the swimming pool of the Centre. My sister is an active member of local theatre. My grandmother takes dancing classes with her friends, and my grandfather regularly wins chess championship of the town. All these facilities are kindly provided to the community by the Centre.
Thanks to this organization, children of our town are able to develop themselves both physically and mentally. Adults have an ability to be healthy and retired persons can spend their leisure time together.
In case of bringing this intention to life, everyone loses. Decreased number of sports opportunities will increase the load to the healthcare system. The absence of leisure activities may influence the crime rate among youths. Elderly persons become less happy and will tend to spend their time watching TV.
I hope that the local council will take my thoughts into consideration and will revise the plans of closing the Recreational Centre.
Faithfully yours,
Janet Jane
