Modern era has brought people to welfare where they can eat various foods they want. As a result, balanced diet becomes problem. Some inhabitants believe that regular exercises could maintain a healthy body whereas other believes to control a diet. The goal of this essay is to explain which the best of between diet and exercise are.
To begin with, populations of inhabitants in developed country are increasingly overweight. Many young people have grown up a diet of convenience foods. Therefore, it is easy for them to grab fast foods or pre-prepared meals that are cheap to buy and very fast to prepare. Moreover, these foods often contain too much salt, fat, sugar and addicted ingredients. Besides, many inhabitants nowadays rely on it because they do not have enough time for cooking by themselves. Furthermore, an unhealthy diet could cause various health problem such us diabetes, obesity and heart disease. After all, the human body requires a balanced diet to become healthy body.
On the other hand, a regular exercise is essential in maintaining a healthy body that is because exercise burns calories and helps body to build healthy bones and muscles. In addition, doctor advice exercising at least three times a week for 20 minutes. Unfortunately, most people nowadays lead a sedentary lifestyle that tends to walk les and do desk jobs. For instance, most adults do not only relax by watching television, but also they prefer to play video games rather than doing outdoor sports. In contrast, in the past, people were more active in their jobs and at home. Vice versa, inhabitants need to do more exercises to keep their healthy body.
As far as I am concerned, I think that both of diet and exercises are needed to keep healthy body. Besides, some inhabitants could start from simple step by providing healthy food for your diet at home. Thus, they could try to cook in simple method of sufficient vegetables and fruits. Next, they could start to drink water enough for maintaining their blood circulation better. In addition, diet only without exercise is nothing. What is more, some inhabitants should try to add simple regular exercises in their home such as jogging for 15 minutes every morning. Furthermore, they could try to do walk more by taking steps in the stairs than using lift or elevators. Equally, if they have leisure time, they could take other exercises such as swimming, playing tennis ball, football, and golf. As a result, both of diet and exercises are important to keep healthy body.
To put all them in my nutshell, both of diet and exercise have important part to keep a healthy body. After all, balancing a diet with exercise could be done in every moment or activities of inhabitant’s daily jobs.
