The diagram illustrate the process of producing coffee, and how to prepare coffee for sale in supermarkets and shops.
Overall, there are 11 main steps in this process, beginning with picking the coffee beans and ending with coffee being packed into jars.
At the first stage, the beans of coffee trees are picked and dried on the field by farmers. The process continues with roasting the coffee beans, and then cooling them rapidly. After that, they are ground and mixed with hot water in a container. Following this, the mixture is put on a strainer to make a filter to prepare for the later steps.
In the next stage of the process, the mixture continues to being frozen in a machine, and then the frozen liquid is ground before being dried in a vacuum. At the final step, jars are used to pack coffee with full brand – labelled on them, and ready for customers making a purchase from stores.
