A healthy sleep is most indispensible for humans. It is often observed that nowadays people do not spare time on sleep as not consider it on priority as compare to ancient. In this essay, what are the adverse effects and why human follow this trend, will be discussed.
Taking less sleep is in trend because of fast-placed life. Modern technology and become multitasker, play significantly role for not have time for sleep. Firstly, people do not have time as always stuck in work, in race of earn more. Secondly, Modern technology provided lure to get busy for professional as well social connectivity. People spend massive time in front of time, after that handy gadget make them busy for play games, read books and get connect socially through technology. Consequently, not make them sleepy or restless as it attract human to do more and more for their enhancement. For Instance, as per a report reveled by WHO, more than eighty percent folks not take proper sleep in this modern era. If human feel asleep could not able to work effectively.
Nevertheless, there are plenty side effects because of not take proper healthy sleep, as per doctors the world over. Thus stamina of people falling down day by day , after starch so much without sleep or less-sleep and make them ill mentally and physically, resulted poor productivity. According to nature, sleep is vital for alive, since life start on earth humans follow it. Additionally, much accident could be seen due to less- sleep, folks want to achieve everything but neglect own health and forget value of body. To illustrate, Oxford University, London, developed countries pupils are more sleep less as compare to developing countries, it because not taking needed time for healthy sleep .if stringent steps taken, humans would be healthy and more productive.
To conclude, less- sleep work as fragile for human body for prudent ought to be follow a necessary and healthy goodnight sleep as use to talk from eras.
