The graph below shows the number of enquiries received by the Tourist
Information Office in one city over a six-month period in 2011.
Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features

The line graph illustrates what the number of enquiries between person, letter/email, and telephone continued to change, received by the Tourist Information Office, during the period of six month in 2011.
Overall, the number of enquiries in person and by telephone increased sharply, while the figure of enquiries by letter/email declined briefly.
In the survey, the enquiries in person stood at around 400 times in January, so it was clearly the minimum figure. However, this figure increased dramatically to 1900 times by the end of June, additionally not until April did the number of enquiries in person overtake other categories.
By contrast, nearly 950 times of enquiries came from telephone in January, and then it plateaued at approximately 1000 times until April, despite dropping to 800 times in February. However, this digital grew significantly to 1600 times in June. In addition, the number of enquiries by letter/email decreased gradually from about 790 times in January to less than 400 time in May, eventually leveling off at around 390 times.
