Speaking languages ability other than English among British Students
The charts show the percentage of British students proportion in speaking languages other than English in 2000 and 2010. Both in 2000 and 2010, the percentage of 20% of British students did not speak language other than English. In conjunction, the rest of 80% could speak multiple languages, including English itself. Students that could speak French besides English compromised about 15% in 2000 and 20% in 2010. There were stagnant percentage of 10% student who were able to speak German, both in 2000 and 2010. While in 2000, there were 30% student who could speak Spanish, and it increased by 5% to 35% in 2010. 15% of the students in 2000 spoke language other than French, German, and Spanish, which also has 5% growth in 2010. The percentage of students that spoke two other languages than English did not change in 2010 compare to ten years before. To conclude them all, we can say that there was not much change in the percentage of other language speakers among British student in ten years, and so for only speak English students.
