A glance at the diagram provided reveals the development of the proposed construction plan of a town called Islip. Overall, the principal will be the circle in the town center, which connects the main road across the city.
Currently, the main road running from west of the town towards the east, accompanied by shops along both sides. There are two forks stretching from it and heading to the south of the town, which lead to a school and a park respectively. Most of the housing is gathered in the south of the town; whereas, the countryside occupied the north.
In the near future, the main road will be replaced by a ring in the center. The area inside the circle is designed only for pedestrians, no cars are allowed there. A row of the shops will be formed into a shopping center, with a bus station and a car park on both sides. Most of the housings are located in the south of the town. The bidirectional ring can easily reach to the school in the south, which avoids traffic congestion.
