Some countries have young population trend instead of ageeing one. Some people consider that having large number of young adults than number of elder people have many advantages while other think that this case will cause many drawbacks to country. This essay will analyse both sides of the argument before arriving at a reasoned conclusion.
Firstly, it is generally accepted that young people can change their attitudes as per the need and always challenge the old style of thinking. On the other hand, young adults are more healtier than older people. Therefore, they need less spending on healtcare and can work under the pressure than the elderly. Secondly, young people are the main source for manual work. Companies can easily find employees because there will be many candidates to choose. That's why, many people are sure that having more young adults than older people is positive impact on the country's development.
Despite these advantages, other people think that if countries consist of higher number of young adults than older people, countiries will face lots of problems. Firstly, youngt adults will not be mature enough to take risky decisions because their experience will be less than elder people. Secondly, unemployment rate will be high if countries can not supply working field to these young adults. If unemployment rate becomes high, joblessness can lead to an increase in criminal activities. Thirdly, young adults must gain experience by working with older people. With the help of it, they can be good at work, otherwise they can not be successful.
In conclusion, even though both approaches have their advantages and disadvantages, I am convinced that this has more drawbacks than its benefits. There must be a balance between these two age groups. Experience is the best teacher and we can gain experience with older people.
