Write a letter to your boss about your company's poor reception area and give suggestions
Dear Mr. Hammond,
Sequel to your request for suggestions on how to make the reception area conducive for our esteemed clients.
Needless to say, there has been a series of complaints from our numerous customers about the shabby and unconducive state of the lobby area. Some of the complains include, AC unit not working at its best, the seats are not enough, lobby not spacious and no form of entertainment such as TV and Magazines.
The reception is the face of the company, that is the first point of contact and must be esthetically furnished. It should also be comfortable for customers, as you know : first impression lasts longer.
To start with, I am suggesting that the front desk arena must be made wider by breaking the demarcating wall between the area and the redundant store, thereby making it more roomy. Secondly, the 1-horse power AC must be changed to a 2-horse power AC and the number of AC increased to two. In addition, a 54 inch plasma TV should be installed with cable Channels on it for entertainment. And lastly, the sofas should be replaced as most of them are worn-out and long due for change, also the number of seats should be increased as well.
I hope all these changes will be effected soonest, so we could redeem our reputation and satisfy our customers.
Yours sincerely,
Jane Sussy
