today more and more tourists are visiting places where conditions are difficult, such as the sahara desert or the Antarctic.
What are the benefits and disadvantages for tourists who visit such places?
People, these days are exploring distinct and unique places on the earth which are still not yet seen by most of the individuals. It's human tendency to visit the beautiful places rather than visiting challenging geographic area. However, there is a rapid rise in the number of footfalls in such areas like the Sahara desert or the Antarctic. This essay will discuss about the pros and cons of travelling to these dangerous terrains.
In the first place, it will give you an immense view of the natural beauty as it is in it's pristine form because only a handful of wanderers have visited this place. Furthermore, these excrusions can support scientific research to map the uncharted species in these areas. In the recent survey by The Times, it is stated that the tourist intervention aided the scientific research to focus on the newly discovered fish in the southern part of the Antartica. It also helped the humans to get to know about the undiscovered vegetations which we can grow and eat as a part of our daily meal.
Regardless of its advantages, there are a few disadvantages with these trips. First of all, In such remote areas with exterme weather conditions the toursits can easily deteriorate their health because they are not accustom to such climate trends and sometimes may need an emergency medical service which will be unavailable. In addition, there will be limited supply of food and water which packers need to carry with them, therefore you can't go any further in the absence of any professional guides. Going to such places will definitely impact on the health of visitors.
In conclusion, there are benefits to explore the new places which makes you happier and help you to learn how to react in the extreme conditions. However, the prolong exposure to such places might influence your body to develop a disease which can be deadly. So I would like to append that visit places where you can readily find the medical services and enough food to survive.
