Overall, there was a downward trend of the figure of property prices in Algeria while china witnessed an upward trend over the period. It is also clear that the percentage of the estate values fluctuated wildly in Argentina.
In 2007, the percentage of average property prices was the highest in Algeria, at approximately 6.2% which was three times higher in china. there was a considerable decrease in that of Algeria at exactly 3.0% in 2010. By contrast, the figure of the estate values in china experienced a significant increase and reached the peak at over 6.5% in 2010.
Meanwhile, to begin with over 3.0% in 2007, the proportion in the estate values in Argentina reached nearly 5.0% in the next year. After hitting the low at around 1.2% in 2009, argentina’s value doubled by the end of this period.
