The given pictures illustrate the process of generating glass products such as bottles and the procedure to recycle used containers.
Overall, it is clear that there are three steps to make glass containers while recycling sequence requirements four steps. It can also be referred from the map that there are three materials along with others chemicals.
The first step of glass production is to mix three main materials which are sand, soda ash, lime stone with other different chemicals. This combination is then melted by high temperature in a glass furnace at about 1500°C. Finally, after being melted, the molten glass is blown into different shapes and this results in the final product called glass containers.
The recycling process begins with collecting of used glass products, which are then classified by color. This categorized containers are cleaned thoroughly to get rid of the remaining impurities. Before getting moulded into the new containing glass products, the used glass goes through this stage of being crushed and melted.
