Request your manager to stay back for some extra days after the Training Tell him what were the benefits from the training why would you ;like to stay back when will you be back
Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to request you for an extra 5 days stay in New York after the completion of the training, I am planning to visit a specialist doctor for my Leg injuries.
Let me first thank you for giving me this opportunity to attend this fruitful training, It was informative and the entire team has benefitted from this experience. The Market capture strategy session was significant and a detailed explanation will definitely help us in creating our business plans in future.
The reason to write this letter is because I would like to request an extra 5 days stay here in New York as i would like to visit the doctor who is well-known for his treatment of leg injuries. Last year, during a football match I had twisted my ankle and since then I have difficulty in walking and standing for long. Since, I have not felt any relief after consulting with the local doctor's back home, I would like to see if this doctor can help me in some way.
I will be back on Saturday and will join the office on Monday. I hope you will consider this request. Looking forward for a positive reply.
Your's Sincerely,
Jane Do
