Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to express my disappointment in the services of your bank.
As a responsible customer, on Monday, the third of June, 2019, I place an order for a new checkbook with hundred leaves. I used the net banking facility that your bank offers to avail the check book. However, it has been more than a fort night since I placed the order and I am yet to receive it. A checkbook is an crucial tool to carry out any transactions, in a banking system.
Customer satisfaction has been the unique selling point for your branch and I am quite unhappy that my request was unheeded for such a long time. I even registered a complain with your customer service centre, reference number A00005463.
I would like to know when I can expect the cheque book, so that I can plan my transaction with the limited cheque leaves that I have accordingly. I would also appreciate if you respond to me with the details of the actions that you would take on this issue to ensure that does not cause such inconveniences in the future.
Looking forward to your response and the process that expedites the dispatch of cheque book at the earliest.
Yours faithfully,
Rajie
