The two diagrams illustrate the highway designing of an urban hospital between 2007 and 2010.
It can be clearly seen that the location of the various car park was separated after reconstruction. Overall, there were two circuit roads instead of the crossroad in 2010.
Before the renovated plan, there was a crossroad connected with city road and hospital road. Bus stops placed along both sides of the hospital road. After that, the crossroad was eliminated as well as replaced by the roundabout, which accessed to city road, hospital road and a new bus station. Also, it was available to the ring road by the second roundabout.
In 2007, there was just a car park, which opened for staff and public, set on the right side of the bus stops, vehicle drivers should attend via the entrance on ring road. By the road reestablishment, staffs were able to park their vehicles with no public used since 2010. Because there was an independent car park for staff on the original place as well as a public car park was designed for public nearly to the right side of the city hospital.
