Altruism refers to an animal behaviour in which an animal sacrifices its own well-being for the benefit of other animals. In some cases, one animal may help another of the same species to reproduce more effectively but at the cost of leaving fewer offspring itself. In another case, one animal might protect others from a predator at the expanse of its own life.

1. Listen more. Listen to radios like BBC or VOA. watch TV programs like CNN.
2. Talk more. You don't talk fluently. You need to find all opportunities to speak English. It is great to find a speaking partner.
