The graph below illustrates the improvement of population between two Asian countries, India and China from 2000 to 2050.
It is clear in the chart that India will surpass China in terms of population mass, while China will foresee a slight decrease at 2050.
At the year of 2000, China sustained a number of nearly 1.3 billions, while India just hit the mark of 1 billion. That was more than 300 millions behind. For the period of 10 years, the birth rate at India skyrocketed, shortened the gap with the remaining country. On the other hand, China only experienced a slight change in growth rate, around 100 millions more, but still higher than India. However, statics revealed that from the year of 2020 to 2050, India's number of population will going to climb rapidly, with a speed of 1 billion every 10 years. After reaching the peak at 2025, China will have its number fluctuate a bit, but still remain at the very same rate.
