The table charts illustrate visitors' responses about customer service at the Parkway hotel in 2005 and 2010.
Overall, it's clear that there are more people gave positive feedbacks on hotel's service in 2010 than in 2005. In 2005, the majority of hotel's visitors criticized the customer service as being poor, very poor or satisfactory, while, in 2010, most of them rated the hotel's service as excellent or good.
Looking on the positive responses first, in 2005, only 14% of customers felt good about the service, but this figure has risen considerably to 39%, which is almost three times as many people gave this rating five years later. Furthermore, in 2005, the percentage of people describing the hotel's service as excellent was just 5%, the number of people who gave this feedbacks has risen dramatically to 28%.
With regard to the negative responses, the proportion of people who rated the hotel's customers service as poor has fallen from 21% in 2005 to 12% in 2010. Similarly, in 2005, there was 15% of visitors found the customer service very poor, while in 2010, this figure has significantly fallen from 15% to 4%. Finally, a fall in the number of "satisfactory" reduced sharply from 45% to only 17% reflects that they had more satisfaction in the hotel's service in that year.
