In 2000, the percentage spending for education made up the highest of 5% , however, the proportion steadily declined to 4% by 2015 and it is likely remain constant just under at 4% by 2025.
Meanwhile, government expense on public wellbeing and roadworks was the same each making up 4% of Gross domestic in 2000. However, over the next fifteen years government increased its expenses on health to more than 6% and consequently, it is estimated to reach the highest of about 7.5% by 2025. By contrast, government spending for roads and railways showed a trough of 3% in 2010 before rising to under 4% in 2015. It is predicted that this percentage spending of GDP for roadworks is not going to change in the near future.
