You have had a bank account for a few years. Recently you received a letter from the bank stating that your account is $240 overdrawn and that you will be charged $70 which will be taken directly from your account. You know that this information is incorrect.
Dear Sir,
I am a customer of your bank from last 10 years. I am happy with the banking with your bank. I am writing to this for miscommunication towards the overdrawn charge.
Generally, I like to manage my budget and expence at the staring of the month to maintain the economy of my family. Recently I got the letter from the bank regarding the overdrawn of 240 dollars and the charge for that will be apply for 80 dollars. So, I double checked my last month statement and didn't find any entry which indicates the extra usage apart from the provided limit to me.
I also inform regarding this to the bank manager via call and he asure me that if it not related to you than we will sure decline this and letter will not come to you further for the same subject.
I want to know the exact reason behind this mishappening beacuse if in future, this kind of situation occure than I can takell it properly.
Hoping for the double check with the entres of my bank transaction and decline to send the letter for the same subject.
