The graph explains the number of unemployment in US and Japan from 1993 to 1999.
Overall, the line graph for Japan was upward trend, while there was downward trend for US.
In March 1999, total of unemployment in US was higher than in Japan and peaked at the same year at 7%, while japan at 2,5%. Both US and Japan were fluctuated until 1999. In the second last years of fluctuation-1998, Japan reached the peak, when US also had same number with Japan. The fluctuation was ended by slight difference total of unemployment between Japan and US-Japan 5% and US 5,2%.
Uniquely, Even though the US rose and fell more dramatic than Japan, but it still had higher number of unemployment than Japan in the end of data.
In conclusion, the quantity of unemployment in US was reduced, at the same periods, the joblessness in Japan was climbing until the end of race in March 1999. This data shows that the government of US succeeded in increasing employees, whereas Japan failed in reducing jobless people.
