Your neighbours have recently written to you to complain about the noise from your house/ flat. Write a letter to your neighbours.
In your letter
-explain the reasons for the noise
-apologise
-describe what action you will take
Dear Mr. Brown,
I am extremely disappointed reading your letter on problems which you are facing due to the high volume of the music played at my home. As you already know, I have two kids, who are very naughty, and they like to play Music system at a high volume. But, they are not aware that it is creating problems for neighbors. I personally believe that it should not happen, because it is not gentleness and against the society rules and regulations.
I would like to apologize for the disturbance created by my children. I assure you that it would not happen again. If you would have informed me earlier then I could have resolved this issue at that time. Again, I am really sorry about the problems faced by you and your family.
Furthermore, I will disconnect my television connection immediately. It will resolve your problem. Also, it would help my kids to concentrate on their studies rather than wasting time on watching television. Nevertheless, I will explain to them about the situation, so that they would avoid creating any kind of problematic noise.
I am looking forward to making a great relationship with you in the coming future.
Yours sincerely,
Matt Henry
