Your friend visited you in your country and stayed in a hotel that you have recommended. Write a letter to the hotel manager about your friend's unsatisfactory stay. In you letter :
1) Tell about your friend.
2) Describe the problem.
3) Suggest some improvement.
Dear Hotel Manager,
The purpose of this letter is to apprise about the unsatisfactory services of your hotel. However, my friend John visited Perth last week for business matters and stayed in your hotel upon my recommendation. In this duration, various problems incurred produced negative feedback.
Firstly, the food prices were extremely high compared to market prices. Secondly, the furniture installed in your rooms producing noises incurs disturbance in sleep. Finally, the shower facility for hot water never works even though the hot water switch was turned on.
Furthermore, the blue-collar staff was unresponsive when making a complaint against services or amenities. In addition to this, they intend to procrastinate while delivering food to generate more tips. However, in my suggestion, you must investigate hotel rooms and installed amenities or services personally and teach a lesson to your staff for such behaviour.
I hope to hear from you soon concerning the reasons behind poorly organised rooms.
Yours faithfully,
Moses Smit.
