Explain why it is important for the magazine to give correct information
Suggest what the magazine should do about this situation
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing with regard to the article published in the latest number of your travel magazine. this article was about cambridge and its history. Although the article named cambridge the first English-speaking university, the oldest one is oxford. I became disappointed because of this ridiculous error.
Your magazine is one of the most popular ones in the travel and tourism industry. it achieved an international reputation because of the validity of its article. so, it is crucial that all information published by such a reliable magazine be accurate and correct so that you can keep this popularity and your audiences.
I would like to suggest that it had better you have a team of experts in different domains who have a clear knowledge about all subject to revise and edit all information before publication. Besides that you can pulish a correct article in your next magazine and apologize your audience for this error.
I believe this problem deserves close attention.
Kind regards
