The graph and chart illustrate details about plant and animal species extinctions, and threats to plant life.

The first thing that can be noticed is that extinctions of plant and animal in tropical forest. The trend shows the change every 20 years from 2000 to 2100. The number of extinction species is increasing steadily by decade. From just about 5000 million in 2000, and this number is projected that will be 50000 as it peaks in 2060. Furthermore, the graph predicts after this period the projected trend will be consistently decreasing, and eventually dips with less than 30000 million in 2100.

On the other hand, plant has its threat from two main resources: human impact and natural events. It is obvious that more than 80 per cent damages are caused by human. Specifically, from agriculture sector with 18.7 per cent threats have been made. The same exact percentage happened for natural threats, comprising by 7 per cent natural disaster and 11.7 per cent other natural events. Harvesting, development, logging and other forms of humans’ error are in row which are believed as the troublemakers to plant life.
