Many people decide on a career path early in their lives and keep to it. This, they argue, leads to a more satisfying working life. To what extend do you agree with this view?

Nowadays, people usually spend their entire lives doing one job. While I accept that stable jobs would lead to a more satisfying working life, I argue that job-hopping will be more beneficial.

On the one hand, I agree that deciding on a career path early and keeping it can allow people to meet stable and comfortable lives. For example, they will not be distressing or feel traumatic as they change their job. Most people afraid of experiencing dramatic shifts since they would concern about the relationship, the adaption or the work-related problems. secondly, sticking to one career would possibly help people get the promotion as well as enhance job performance. For instance, to retain dedicated and skilled employees, plenty of companies offer cool rewarding perks and high salaries.

on the other hand, I believe that people can make progress and enjoy their own working lives by switching their jobs. First and foremost, workers would have a special opportunity for obtaining varied vocational experiences thanks to trying a wide range of professions. secondly, in the age of 4.0 revolution, several people love to step out from their comfort zone to enjoy challenges, not only for their future success but also for their own happiness. Finally, job-hopping encourages people to improve their social skills and expand their relationship, which plays an integral part of the career path.

In conclusion, it can certainly be satisfying to keep a job for the whole of a person's life, but a strongly feel that moving from one job to another could possibly be more advantageous in this age.
