The office where you work does not have a proper car park. Write a letter to your manager and say
– Explain the problem of no parking space available.
– Suggest a solution for the car park problem.
– Explain how this will help your company
Dear Sir,
My name is Prabhjot, working as a software developer in your renowned company. I am writing this letter to bring your attention to the problems that the employees are facing due to the unavailability of the parking area in our office premises.
Owing to this, employees are facing a plethora of issues. Primarily, this situation obliges the employees to park their vehicles on the road-side, which not only leads to traffic congestion but also causes security and damage concerns. Moreover, last month the side mirror of my car got damaged, possibly by moving vehicles. Secondly, after parking, lanes on road sometimes extend to nearly 1 km, as a consequence, employees have to walk that much distance to reach their buildings which often leads to exertion specially in summers.
In order to alleviate this issue, I want to offer some solutions. Firstly, the vacant space outside the office building which is currently being used for dumping garbage can be utilized for constructing well-organised parking for the employees. Additionally, the contract of parking construction should be given to some reliable organisation such as Parkwheels, so that a systematic approach will be followed and that space will be efficiently utilized by making proper laned parking.
Undoubtedly, these measures will definitely prove beneficial for the company and its employees. As there will be no issue of security and damage to the vehicles. Also, the traffic outside the building will reduce significantly.
I wish my suggestions will receive your agreement and prompt response.
Yours faithfully,
Prabhjot
