You work at home and have a problem with a piece of equipment that you use for your job.
Write a letter to the shop or company which supplied the equipment. In your letter
describe the problem with the equipment
explain how this problem is affecting your work
say what you want the shop or company to do
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to inform you about the laptop that you have supplied for me to work from home, that has stopped working since yesterday.
The major error it is showing on screen is that it is unable to login and cannot find users with my logins. Till the last two days, everything was fine with the computer but, all of a sudden today morning when I tried to enter my details, it just ignored my access.
Without accessing it I could not able to do any work that has assigned by my team leader and everything just piles up and it would be a burden for me to clear it later. If this continues for a couple of days as it is many of our clients will raise grievances as the data which is with me is so crucial that I had to forward me by tomorrow end of the day.
I hope you understand the seriousness behind this and address the issue promptly so that i can continue to extend my services from home and prevent unavoidable circumstances from customers of our company. Kindly send one of your technicians so that he could look into the problem and resolve it as soon as possible
Awaiting for your early response
Yours sincerely
kittu
