The pie-charts represent the main purpose of visiting Orange city by tourists in two different years. In addition, the total number of tourists in both years is also mentioned.
Overall, the number of tourists visiting Orange city rose from 1 million to 1.9 million. Although tourist's interest in annual events got slightly reduced from 2006 to 2016, it remained as one of the major reason for tourists to visit the city. On the other hand, a dramatic increase has been observed in the visitors interested in the restaurants in 2016, whereas, the percentage of visitors attraction for Museums got reduced significantly.
In 2006, 72% of the whole population were likely towards visiting events and museums as their primary interest, where the contribution was 45% and 27% respectively . while theatre visitors were 13% and the restaurant was the least interest as 10%.
However, Visitors increase towards the restaurant skyrocketed to 41% in 2016, where events and restaurants together contribute 73% of the total interest. while interest in Museums and Theatre fell moderately, to 11% and 8% respectively.
