Company's top-level authorities should get their employees in the decision-making process. Do you agree or disagree and why?

I partially agree with the topic, I believe employees should be included in the decision-making process but only to some extent. Involvement of Employees can be a right step as no one disagrees with the affirmation: "employees are the biggest assets of the company", does someone? There are many pros and cons of including operators that this essay is going to analyze in the following paragraphs.

If staff are involved in decision making it can result in business a lot of profit, though organizers are more professional and have majored in business management still workers are the better option as they have been working in the firm for many years and are familiar with the trade method and have a better insights compared to organizers furthermore, resources like money and time can be saved if workers are involved. These resources are essential as; a penny saved is a penny earned, this money can be invested into various projects which can increase the reputation of the company and can contribute to the development of it.

Like the grass is not always greener on the other side likewise there are cons when involving workers in the process of decision making for the corporation. When representatives misuse their accessibility of confidential data; disclosing of data and trading of sensitive information can cause a major loss to the organization. For instance when an employee steals valuable information of the company and sells this information to other competitive company which makes the firm vulnerable. Hence, sometimes it is a bad idea to involve them in making a judgment.

In the end, the conclusion comes out to be that employees should be included in the decision but only to some extent because the company is risking their reputation and even the existence, if workers breach the information.
