The next process can be done with two different methods - traditional and modern which are almost similar. In the traditional one, the produced leaves are rolled with chemistry-based enzymes in order t make a smooth loose tea. On the other technique which is more speedy and cut contemporary equipment, sheets are cut in a small quantity and curled in a particular form.
Regarding fermentation, which suits for both methods, the resulting mix is used for chemical reaction, where enzymes and air blended in order to change the color. Eventually, the black tea is heat in an oven or dried in a high-temperature mechanism which totally out the 97 percent of moisture. Finally, flavor and aroma are manufactured from natural resources.
