Dear Sir,
I am Jay Thanki. My address is 38, G - Street, New Cramp Road. Before a couple of year I faced some issue with the platform of my kitchen. And to make it fix I called your office. They sent a person to my place to fix the problem.
Here I would like to tell you the person came to my home and fix the problem but still I am nt satisfy with his work. Firstly he reach to my home very late as he give me time. After reached he asked me what is issue kind of issue I was facing. As I was actually surprised that I had already explain every thing on call then why he was asking me again. As I again explain him every thing and he started his work. During the work he got many phone calls and he was waesting lot of time on talking on phone call. At last I lost my control and told him to he must not recive call and first give concentrate on the work then he got exhust and damage my chemni of stove. That was very rediculase and shameful. After complating work he told me to pay 200$, I argued him that the person who booked my service told me that there was only 50$ charge for that work.
Now, I am requesting you that please send a perosn to repair the chemni of stove without charging me any single cost and return my extra money which the person took from me.
Yours sincerely,
Jay Thanki
