The process shows the commercial production of fresh orange juice and orange juice from concentrate
The picture illustrates the stages of the production of fresh orange juice and orange juice from concentrate.
Overall, there are various steps in the whole orange juice production beginning with fresh orange and ending with the delivery of orange juice packages to customers.
The first step starts with fresh oranges being picked up and transported to the factory by containers. In there, these oranges are placed into the machine to wash before being extracted to give birth to fresh juice and the byproduct known as waste solid. While the former is continuously packed and transported to the shop to be ready for commercial, the latter is used as the food for animal in the farmland.
Meanwhile, to produce orange juice from concentrate, fresh juice is brought into the facility by the refrigerator truck. In there, the process of evaporation is carried out, removing water from the juice and turning it into concentrate juice. Afterwards, the water-extracted juice is poured into the can before being carried into the warehouse for storage purpose. To be sold in the general public, in the factory, water is added into the concentrate juice, then, last product fills up to the package and is ultimately transported to the shop.
