No, I don't take notes on
No, I don't take notes on speaking 3-6 or take very little, really little because I have problem taking notes and listening at the same time. Even in my own language, if I take notes, I missed and didn't understand the lectures. I can't take notes :)
It is OK not to take notes.
It is OK not to take notes. but it will be a hard job to cover all the content by memory.
For taking notes, you don't take everything, only somewhere for key words like repeated words, or words after but, however, when, where etc. you may try some listening, it is not that much difficult.
