large numbers of dinosaur fossils have been discovered deposits on Alaska's north slope, a region that today experiences an extremely cold, arctic climate. Paleontologists have proposed that dinosaur had migrate for surviving in the winter season and expressed several arguments for support the migration hypothesis. according what professor said in the lecture, the arguments are not convincing. the first reason, dinosaurs did not have to migrate for getting food because there were some place with a warmer temperature that plants can have a good growing so dinosaurs can feed from those. the second reason, just because of edmontosaur lived in herd as results for their migration, does not mean the dinosaurs lived too and they know some animals that lived in Alaska's north slope and they survived without migration. the third reason, the juveniles of dinosaurs have not a good physical condition to make such a journey as the adult dinosaur had so this is so doubtful that they can survive in that journey.
