The line graph compares three countries, namely Japan, Mexico and Brazil in terms of the number of people who was infected by rift valley fever in 1915.
Overall, while the number of people in Brazil followed an upward pattern, the figure for people in Japan and Mexican showed opposite pattern over the period shown. In addition, the figure for Mexican was seen fluctuation during 12 months in 1915.
In January 1915, the number of people affected by rift valley fever in Brazil stood at 200 people, which was the lowest of three countries. By contrast, the figure for Japanese was the highest, which was around 1500 people. The number of people in Mexico was infected by rift valley fever just over 800 people.
From January 19915 to December 1915, the number of people in Japan reduced significantly, the figure for Brazil increased considerably. The figure for Japan declined to exactly 800 people in May, remaining at 800 for the next 3 months, after falling to slightly under 200 people in December. By contrast, the number of residents in Brazil jumped to 1000 people in May, after rising gradually to about 1500 people in December. The figure for Mexicans fluctuated in 1915, which reached a peak at nearly 1200 people in April, while it was the lowest of three countries in December, with under 200 people.
