Dear Mr. Arora,
Thank you for starting such a wonderful club for all the physical activities, as people are making most of it. However, I am writing this letter to express my concern over one issue faced by me.
The major reason to be a part of the place is that I wanted to put off some weight of my body. Because of the improper work life balance, including unhealthy eating habits, I was diagnosed with diabetes last month. And In order to stay healthy, mentally as well as physically, I joined your club.
But there is one problem pertaining to swimming pool that is creating chaos not only for me, but also for other members. The temperature of water constantly stays below appropriate level. Since the climate is a bit moderate, it should be a bit warm. But the care taker never takes it seriously. Additionally, there is always a pile of garbage in the lower area of pool, which seems unhygienic.
I would be happy to see you taking some serious decisions about the inconvenience caused. I am expecting you to make the care taker understand that water should be as per the comfort of people. Also, please make sure that proper cleaning is done on bi-weekly basis to avoid situations wherein some rubbish stays in pool.
If any of the problems are neglected, then I am sorry to say but it may have a detrimental impact on your club and people might even discontinue coming here.
I hope you take the matter seriously and resolve the problems at the earliest. Thanking you in anticipation.
